Non smoking original owners from Michigan are wintering at Ocean Breeze Resort, Jensen Beach, Florida and have site reserved until 4/15/2019 which new owner can occupy if desired. All features are too numerous to mention, but some are the corian counter top and tile upgrade package, fireplace, Dish Network rooftop satellite and Wally, bedroom ceiling fan, central vac, outside tv, 2 inside tvs, microwave/convection oven, dinette with 4 chairs and computer station in buffet, generator with 29 hours, Blue Ox towing system used to two four door Jeep Wrangler, Patriot brake, L shape sofa with bed, reclining easy chair, power seats plus passenger footrest, Stainless residential stainless steel refrigerator with ice maker, power inverter, bath and one half, ceiling fan, HWH computerized leveling system, Moen faucets, two slides, surround sound, power windshield shades, new smoke & co/gas alarms, new wipers, and a tire and rim zero deductible transferable 5 year insurance policy which has already paid off for one tire and expires 5/2020! Tiffin makes a top quality unit with features too numerous to mention! We are very fussy regarding maintenance and have only been to Red Bay one time for a repair of the electric flush toilet in the master bath! We love our Tiffin and Our unit is in showroom condition inside and out!
